Let's talk pricing structure:
We know that pricing is a big consideration when planning your wedding, so here’s the scoop on our structure. To secure your date, we require a £300 deposit along with a signed contract, which we’ll provide all the details for once you decide to book with us. The final balance is due one month before your big day, but we’re happy to offer flexible payment options. Starting six months before the wedding, you can make split payments to make things easier. We're here to help ensure everything goes smoothly as you plan your special day.

FAQ

Can we customize packages to meet our needs?
Yes, we can adapt our packages to suit your custom needs. We understand that every wedding is unique, and we're committed to ensuring our services align perfectly with your vision and requirements.
Whether you're looking to add or adjust certain elements, such as additional hours of coverage or specific types of shots, we're here to tailor our offerings to make your wedding day exactly as you envision it.
Please note, however, that customizing packages does not include reducing the number of photographers as we believe in capturing your day comprehensively. Feel free to discuss your specific needs with us, and we'll work together to create a package that meets all your expectations.
What is your editing turnaround time?
We strive for perfection in our signature edited style, so it can take between 8-12 weeks to receive your full gallery back. The exact timeframe depends on the time of year we shoot your wedding, and sometimes it can be sooner.
We understand how excited you are to see and share your photos, so we provide a sneak peek gallery within 48 hours of your big day.
Additionally, regular editing updates are posted via Instagram stories, so you can watch your names climb the list and know exactly where we are with your photos.
How many edited photos will we receive?
We don't put a specific number on it as it's impossible to predict. Our philosophy is simple: if it's good, it's making the album. You'll receive a mix of beautifully posed shots, candid moments, and even some fun bloopers. The number of photos can vary based on many factors, like the flow of the day, number of guests and the level of activity.
For instance, if everyone is sitting at a table for hours, there won't be as many photos taken during that time. Rest assured, we aim to capture every special moment and detail of your day.
It's worth noting that there are many ways to keep your guests entertained throughout the day, ensuring we capture genuine moments. Whether it's thoughtful activities, interactive games, or heartfelt speeches, these elements can create memorable opportunities for candid and authentic photographs. By incorporating these moments into your wedding day, we can document not only the formal events but also the spontaneous and genuine interactions that make your celebration unique and unforgettable.
How will we receive our photos?
Your wedding photos will be delivered via a gorgeous and professionally curated online gallery.
From this gallery, you can download and easily share your images with family and friends. You also have the option to share a link with loved ones, allowing them to access and download their favorite photos as well. Please note that this gallery will be live for 2 years before it is removed, so it's essential to make any necessary backups during this time.
While I do not delete weddings from my hard drives, I cannot guarantee their accessibility in 10 or 15 years down the line. Additionally, I offer a USB memory box and prints as an optional add-on to your package, which includes all the images on a USB along with prints from your special day.
What is your policy on backups? Can you describe how safe our images are from the point of capture?
Great question! We take the safety of your photos seriously.
Each of our cameras is equipped with dual SD card slots, meaning every shot is automatically saved to two cards. This setup ensures that even if one card fails, your photos are still securely backed up on the other.
Once the wedding wraps up and we're back home, we immediately make three separate backups of all your images on different hard drives. This way, your memories are protected from any potential mishaps. We also keep the original memory cards intact until after we've delivered your final gallery, ensuring an extra layer of safety.
Your wedding day is incredibly important, and we want you to feel confident that your photos are in safe hands from the moment we capture them to the final delivery.
Do you have any backup equipment?
Absolutely! We understand that equipment can sometimes have a mind of its own. That's why we always bring backup cameras, lenses, and other essentials to your wedding. It's like having a spare tire for your car—just in case. This ensures that we're prepared to handle any unexpected hiccups and keep capturing those precious moments without missing a beat. Your wedding day is too important for us not to be fully prepared!
Do you charge extra for travel?
We may charge extra for travel expenses if your wedding is 30 miles outside of our area (Cannock, Staffordshire).
However, this will be discussed upon enquiry, so if you're reading this, you probably already have an idea.
An exception to the travel fee also applies if we are a handpicked supplier for your venue. Rest assured, we strive to make our services accessible and will always be transparent about any additional costs associated with travel.
What happens if the weather is bad on our wedding day?
If it rains on your wedding day, rest assured that we're well-prepared. Living in the UK means we're familiar with unpredictable weather, even during summer weddings.
We've successfully photographed many rainy/haily/stormy weddings and know how to adapt to ensure beautiful and memorable photos, no matter the weather. Whether it's capturing candid moments under umbrellas or finding unique indoor settings, we're committed to making your day special regardless of the conditions.
What happens if you’re ill, injured or otherwise unable to make it to our wedding?
In the unfortunate event that we are ill, injured, or otherwise unable to photograph your wedding, the specifics will be clearly outlined in your contract.
Please know that it would require an extreme circumstance, such as severe illness, injury, or an unexpected accident, for one of us not to attend.
If such a situation arises where one or both of us cannot be present, we will first make every effort to secure a replacement photographer from our trusted network. This replacement would photograph the event while we handle all editing and post-production aspects to maintain consistency in style and quality.
However, in the rare worst-case scenario where a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, you will receive a partial refund. Your satisfaction and the preservation of your wedding memories are our top priorities, and we are dedicated to ensuring your day is captured beautifully, come rain or shine.
We prioritize transparency and clear communication, so if such a situation were to occur, we would strive to keep you informed every step of the way.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Our refund and cancellation policy is detailed in full in your contract, but to summarize:
Your deposit remains non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If you provide at least 60 days' notice before your wedding date, you are not liable for the remaining balance beyond the deposit. Any funds paid beyond the deposit will be refunded to you promptly.
Please note that any cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email.
We believe in transparency and clear communication throughout our engagement with you.
Do we meet you before the day?
We always recommend touching base approximately a month before your big day to discuss all the details.
It's a great opportunity for us to go over your timeline, specific shots you want, and any special requests you may have.
Another fantastic way to get to know each other before your wedding is by booking a pre-wedding photoshoot. This not only allows us to capture some beautiful images of you both before the wedding but also helps us build rapport and ensures we understand your style and preferences.
We're here to make sure everything is perfect for your special day.
Do we need to feed you?
While it's not a requirement or expectation, we are always very grateful when a meal is provided to us through your caterer or venue.
Many venues, especially those in remote locations, may not have on-site catering available, which could require us to leave the venue to find food. Providing a meal ensures that we can stay onsite, readily available to capture every special moment throughout your wedding day without any disruptions.
Your consideration is greatly appreciated, and it helps us provide the best possible service to you.

"Do you need a list of photos we want?"
No, you don't need to provide us with a list of the photos you need. In general, we're experienced in knowing what to capture, and many of the shots people typically list are already part of our standard coverage. So, save your time—we've got it covered!
However, we do appreciate a list of family photos you'd like during cocktail hour. This helps us ensure we capture all the important family groupings, especially since we may not be familiar with everyone's dynamics or relationships. Your input ensures we capture these meaningful moments efficiently and accurately.
Use your pre-wedding consultation/questionnaire to make us aware of any "MUST-HAVE" photos you're wishing for, but no need for a full list.
